We offer training programmes for individuals, as well as groups to help improve your mental , physical health and wellbeing. Whether you’re suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, low energy, procrastination or any other mental or physical dysfunctions – we will work with you and support you to get you back to full and lasting health and wellbeing.
If you wish to make lasting changes – you must unlearn to be who you are right now, so that you can create your new self. This means that over a period of time, you will change your thoughts, feelings and lifestyle in order to make your desired transition.
Stress, anxiety and depression are key indicators that you are out of sync and that you must make fundamental changes in all aspects of your life. Lifestyle represents an important part in how you treat your body, condition your mind and generate biological energy. This short two part quiz will enable you to evaluate as to whether your current lifestyle leads you to future wellbeing or not.

There are no two identical people and therefore, you can choose the right teaching and mentoring approach that suits your current needs and budget. Naturally, if your circumstances change, we will adequately alter our teaching approach to adequately reflect your newly changed requirements.

We are fully aware of this and therefore when you join our programme, you will be fully integrated and accountable to yourself, us and possibly to a number of other members and the latter option will be explained to you upon joining.

Recording and journaling is at the heart of dealing, coping and healing. That is an invaluable tool that will provide you with a release, as well as empowerment, both are crucial for the achievement of your desired results.
