- In the first three months, he has become more relaxed, open and trusting, which has helped him deal with PTSD better.
- His levels of self esteem started to improve, which helped him to deal with others more effectively.
- Then he has embarked on the Stress and Personal Empowerment programme, which has helped him to become better equipped to manage PTSD.
- In the period of six months, he has completely turned his life around and PTSD is now more manageable.

- She was experiencing problems managing the workload of having to work and look after her children.
- She became easily irritated due to the lack of sleep from worrying about her day to day problems
- She became very insecure around her friends and family to the point where she distanced herself from them
- She was having problems focusing and concentrating whilst at work

- After two months of active participation in the programme, she became more self aware and handled her day to day activities more efficiently.

About the person:
- University student
The Problem:
- He was experiencing high levels of stress during the exam period
- He had a problem organising his revision work and managing other daily activities.
- During exam periods, he was experiencing irregular sleep patterns, anxiety and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol
Solution:
- We have helped him develop a stress coping mechanism for his revisions and exams.
- His anxiety levels have reduced, thus allowing him to regulate his sleep patterns, resulting in reduced alcohol consumption.
- After one month of intensive training, he has walked away empowered to deal with above issues more resolutely.
