How to be happy and fulfilled effortlessly?

How to be happy and fulfilled effortlessly?

In an ideal world, personal happiness, health and fulfilment should be one of the main purposes in life. However, despite growing validity of these aspirations, there are numerous people that for some reason (only known to them) never consider these traits, as their main objectives in life. One of the reasons could be that we live in times in which external gratifications, such as: money, career, education, relationships, travel and other things are (superficially) more important than our own own mental and physical health. Another reason could be that almost no of us was never educated by public schooling system about the importance of self realisation and the constant need to work on oneself for the purpose of being the best the one can be. That means that one must always pay great attention to own health, happiness and overall mental and physical wellbeing. Whatever it may be, great majority of us willingly chooses external goals and gratifications, at the expense of being meticulous about identifying/doing things that make us happy and fulfilled.

It appears from birth that we’re all groomed to be obeying citizens who should spend our entire lives working for the system (mainly in jobs we don’t like), pay taxes and raise our own families for the purpose of doing same old things to keep the wheels of society spinning. In order to keep this system in place, “external gratification” plays a very important role, because great majority of people will endlessly chase their own self imposed “external goals” – thinking when they achieve them, they will be living the lives of their dreams. How wrong they are, because goals never end and the moment one goal is completed, the next one comes and so on… They only realise the “hamster wheel” effect, when they start to feel consequences of their eroded mental and physical health. It is in those moments that people start to question the overall direction in their lives and more importantly – the purpose. One of the questions that tends to be asked: “if I was to start all over again, what would I need to do different”? Surprisingly and contrary to expectations – majority of people struggle to answer this question properly, because they didn’t gain enough self awareness to be able to eloquently evaluate their own predicaments.

In that respect, have you ever see anyone being “truly happy and fulfilled”, when such person achieves his/her goal? I haven’t had that pleasure so far, but it is very possible that some people can be “truly happy” in those moments. In which case, how long does his/her happiness last? The answer is not long enough. Because the act of achievement of one specific goal always opens up doors to other things/opportunities for more ambitious goals and so one doesn’t have time to enjoy his/her success long enough, because new challenges are waiting. But in order to start properly examining this subject, we must look ourselves in the mirror and ask: “do all my past and present actions make me happy and fulfilled?” The answer is only known to you and are linked to a number of individual factors necessary for you to be happy and fulfilled.

However, if you want to take this to another level, you should take a thorough self examination and evaluate following constructs that could be useful for your optimal and cohesive inner outlook. This self analysis should be based on a number of constructive questions, which should ultimately lead you to understand who you really are and whether your current lifestyle makes you happy, healthy and fulfilled. If not – through the process of answering these questions, you might be able to detect areas in which you could do more to get you moving in a desired direction.

  • Do I take enough self care? This is the first question you should always ask yourself when starting the process of self evaluation. You can interpret this question in whichever way you like, but simplistically, it questions your lifestyle. How much water do you drink? Do you drink alcohol and if so how much and how often? Do you take regular rest and how do you sleep at night? Do you exercise and if so, how often? Lastly, you must summarise the state of your physical health and be brutally honest about it. Once you answer these questions, you must then “mentally scan” your entire body, then become aware of your prevailing thoughts and emotions and lastly, you must learn to effectively manage your bio-energy field. When you get to master these traits, you will then be able to provide yourself with competent answer concerning your overall state of health. If you don’t know how, we will show you in our 20 weeks energy healing and mind reprogramming programme called “ The Hour of Power”.
  • How well can I let go of unpleasant experiences? This question enables you to go deeper into your own world of thoughts and emotions, which at this moment is possibly not accessible. Naturally, if you have never done this exercise before, it will take you several attempts, before you start getting first glimpses of what this practise can reveal to you. But in time when you persevere long enough, everything will become much clearer. There is one downside concerning this technique and it is time and consistent effort it entails. If you want things to be done quickly and easy, then this process is not going to work for you. Because time, effort and dedication is needed for you to start “seeing” things that you have never seen before. Everything that we see in this material world came to existence through long and highly thought out processes that took very long time to materialise. So if you want to start to get to know yourself and how you operate from within, you must learn to be patient and methodical enough to allow required processes to enfold, as they should. As such, it is important to develop sound mental skills to accordingly process all unpleasant experiences, learn from them and then let them leave your bio-energy field. If not – they will stay and grow into more complex mental burdens, which over time will create irrational thinking/feelings and thereafter will evolve into excessive stress and anxiety. Direct byproducts of this type of dysfunctions are neurosis and depression and so regular mental evaluations, coupled with thorough cleansing of your bio-energy field is an absolute must for your healthy and dignified life.
  • How well can I observe my thoughts, emotions and mental states? This is the next step in the process of developing your ability to let go of unpleasant things, events and people in your life. The main reason as to why this is the case is because it’s more complex and requires greater levels of skill. Namely, aforementioned faculties operate silently and in most cases beyond your conscious awareness, until you energise them with emotions. At that point, they start to surface to your conscious awareness. There are many thoughts that average person thinks on a daily basis and conservative estimates are between 16000 – 65000 thoughts a day. That’s lot of thoughts to process and literally all of them are below your conscious awareness. Tricky thing about thoughts is that they always evoke relevant emotions and prolonged dwelling in certain thoughts can create relevant emotions and then moods. It is for that reason that you should “sense” them, before they start creating non desired moods. Due to the way we are designed, it is not easy to ascertain your thoughts and emotions, but with consistent practise of various breathing techniques, energy exercises and mind reframing techniques – you will be able to focus down and go deeper into your own world of thoughts and emotions with the view to better control your own emotions and moods.
  • Become aware of my negative habits. When you master key pillars of your mental faculties, which are thoughts, emotions and awareness of your mental states – the next task in this journey is to become aware of your negative habits. They are automated actions that you do regularly without even knowing you’re doing them. Some examples of habits are:
  • Every morning and without fail the first thing you do is to put the kettle to drink your morning coffee. You quite possibly do it without even noticing that you do it.
  • The first thing when you open your eyes in the morning – you may frantically look for your phone to check your favourite apps, before you start other morning routines. Again, you may do it without even noticing that you’re doing it.
  • Every time you say to yourself it’s time to unwind, you pour the glass of wine and you sit in front of TV …
  • There are many examples of habits, but the fact that we do them unconsciously, quite possibly robs us of other opportunities that may be more important to us in those moments. Habits are always formed through regular practice and without prior questioning of their validity and whether what we do automatically is required or not. Simple awareness of your automated thoughts, emotions, behaviours and moods will go a long way in your quest to achieve lasting happiness and fulfilment. Because in that way, you will be able to make timely corrections in what you do habitually with the view to keep eliciting positive emotions, uninterruptedly.
  • Live in the moment is one of the key contributors toward you achieving happy and fulfilled life effortlessly. Although this statement may sound surreal, but when you truly experience the magic of being in the moment – you will know how magnificent it is. Because there is no other time except the present moment and life is nothing, but maximising experiences in the moment. This requires great levels of mental skill and self awareness and the personal power it elicits is amazing. When you are in the moment, you feel enormous sense of personal power and fulfilment, because all your cognitive faculties are totally focused on here and now and you are totally in control of everything you think, feel and experience. In one word – this is the beginning of the mastery of your life.
  • Accept yourself for who you are and not for what others want you to be. This is one of the key personal development traits you must develop in order to become truly happy and fulfilled. Nothing is more destructive than self negation and in particular – negation of who you really are. Great majority of people are vaguely aware of what they want in their lives and let alone of who they are and as such, they live their lives like a “ghost ship” that floats great seas without set destination and purpose. Great majority of us are conditioned to believe that ordinary life of “9 – 5” is exactly what we need, but if that is so – why so many of us are so deeply discontent and mentally disoriented? One of the reasons could be our “cognitive and emotional disconnection” caused by our obsession with the external world. But what we don’t realise is that the only life that’s truly worth living is created right from within the depths of our own beings and so when you’re fully aligned from within, you can then act coherently to express yourself exactly as you desire. In that way you will start to create realities that will make you infinitely happy and fulfilled.
  • Know what you want by becoming aware of your life’s purpose. This is another key stepping stone toward lasting achievement of your happy and fulfilled life. It actually builds on all points stated previously and sits right at the heart of your personal empowerment. Nothing is more pleasing than knowing precisely what you want and one of those things is awareness of your life’s purpose. When so, all your actions are leading you unilaterally toward self fulfilment and nothing is too difficult or strenuous. Without too much mental exertions, you will be able to deal with most difficult situations honourably and this means you will do and say things that will be totally in line with who you are, hence no regrets at any point.
  • One of the main contributors toward achievement of the above will be discovery and full adherence to your personal values. The awareness of your values will help you stay fully congruent at all times, because you will no longer cause yourself any subconscious damage by doing or saying anything that is not perfectly aligned with who you are. When unaware of your personal values, you tend to do things that do not conform to your “spiritual” development and without knowing, you go into unwanted states of sadness, disempowerment and regret. All this was caused due to persistent inner disconnection and so when you master this skill – you will elevate yourself to more advanced state of self awareness, which will almost definitely guarantee you to stay happy and fulfilled at all times.
  • As you continue to work on yourself mentally and physically, you will develop the ability to mentally stay focused on what you want without too much mental exertion. This is very important skill to master, because it will enable you to do things in life without wasting too much of your precious energy. Problems arise, when you waste your energy on negative thoughts, emotions and actions. Whether you like it or not, but all these things also suck your energy too and so cultivating your self awareness will go a long way in you consciously creating positive states of mind that you desire.
  • It is for that reason that you must develop greater sensitivity towards own energy levels, which is another key milestone you will need to reach in order to live the life you desire. Because energy is everything and everything is energy. As such, when you master the ability to regularly clean negative energy from your bio-energy field and then recharge it with the clean energy – you will at all times feel empowered, healthy, confident and focused on what you want. And that is the key pointer that will lead you toward self fulfilment.
  • When you master your own energy release and regeneration, the next logical step towards your lasting happiness and fulfilment is to challenge yourself to accept mistakes as key pointers in life. The true meaning of life is to live it at the very end of your comfort zone. This is naturally not something great majority of people accepts or does, but that is an undeniable fact. Because the purpose of life is to experience new things and the only way to do so is to challenge yourself intelligently. This means that you must never see failures as negative outcomes, but rather road signs that will guide you to do things differently, when same or similar situations occur next time. You will achieve this with ease when you master all previous steps stated above and with increased energy and self confidence you will have no issues ploughing forward and positively learning from mistakes you may be making along the way.
  • One of the key contributors toward lasting achievement of true happiness and fulfilment is to practise empathy and compassion toward yourself and others. Again, this is not something that everyone does with ease, but when you master all steps stated before – you will do this naturally and with elation. Your newly created sense of self awareness will allow you to better relate to your own emotional needs, as well as to those of others too.
  • The last component of this personal structure is to become good communicator with other people. When you master your own emotional needs, you will then with ease understand others, which in turn will express itself in effortless and meaningful communication with people in all walks of life. Good communication is true mastery of life and it only comes with thorough self understanding and acceptance, because when in such state of self alignment, you will be able to establish more meaningful and stronger relationships with other people.

As seen from above, everything is linked and self mastery sits at the core of your personal health, happiness and overall wellbeing. We are extremely powerful beings, but we are oblivious to the powers we possess and instead we’re happy to give that power away, without realising damaging effects it has on the overall quality of our lives experiences. In order to live our lives to our full potential, we must choose to claim our own power and work on ourselves daily for the purpose of making those so much needed personal changes.
